Refund policy

Booking Confirmation
To confirm your booking, full payment must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure. If you are booking with less than 24 hours' notice, please contact us directly at book@tukme.co or via WhatsApp at +66 649 28 43 63 to check availability.
Cancellation by the Customer
- 24 hours or more before the tour: A full refund will be issued, excluding any payment processing fees.
- Less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund will be provided. However, you may contact us to reschedule your tour, subject to availability.
- No-show: No refund will be provided for guests who do not show up at the designated pick-up point at the scheduled time.
Cancellation Due to Weather
In the case of severe weather conditions that make it unsafe to operate, TUK ME will offer you the choice to:
- Reschedule your tour to another available date at no additional cost, or
- Receive a full refund.
TUK ME reserves the sole right to determine whether weather conditions warrant a cancellation.
Large Group Bookings (10+ Guests)
Cancellation terms for large group bookings (10 or more guests) are determined on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
Modifications & Rescheduling
If you wish to change the date or time of your tour, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability and no additional fees will apply for the first reschedule.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable.
