Welcome to TUK ME (www.tukme.co). By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. About Us

TUK ME Co., Ltd. is a registered tour operator based in Bangkok, Thailand, offering guided electric tuk-tuk tours across the city. Our registered address is 121/81 RS Tower, Level 27, Ratchadapisek Rd., Din Daeng, Bangkok 10400, Thailand.

2. Tour Services

TUK ME operates guided tuk-tuk tours in Bangkok, including but not limited to:

  • Secrets of Chinatown
  • Sacred Corners (Bangkok Temples & Grand Palace)
  • 6 Senses Street Food & Dining
  • Speakeasy Bar Hopping

All tours are conducted on 100% electric tuk-tuks and include an English-speaking tour assistant. Tour guides in other languages may be arranged upon request with at least 5 days' advance notice, subject to an additional fee.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed with full payment at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour.
  • Bookings with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to availability — please contact us directly.
  • Prices are quoted per person in Thai Baht (THB) and are subject to applicable VAT.
  • Children under 5 years of age ride free of charge.
  • The minimum booking is 2 guests per tuk-tuk. If only 1 guest is traveling, the rate for 2 guests will apply.

4. Tuk-Tuk Capacity & Types

  • Each electric tuk-tuk accommodates up to 6 people (5 guests + 1 tour assistant).
  • Two types of tuk-tuk are available: Premium and Standard. Both provide the same overall tour experience, with differences in the vehicle and restaurant selections.
  • For large groups, multiple tuk-tuks will be arranged. Groups of 10 or more should book at least 25 days in advance.

5. Pick-Up & Drop-Off

  • Hotel pick-up and drop-off is available for hotels located in Ploen Chit, Langsuan, Sathorn, Silom, and Chinatown districts.
  • Guests staying in other areas should contact us to arrange an alternative pick-up point.
  • Please be at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time. A grace period of 15 minutes will be given before the tour departs.

6. What Is Included

Tour inclusions vary by experience. Please refer to the specific tour description on our website for details. Generally, tours include:

  • Electric tuk-tuk transportation
  • English-speaking tour assistant
  • Food, drinks, and/or entrance fees as described in the tour listing

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary:

  • Cancellations 24+ hours in advance: full refund (excluding processing fees)
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours: no refund
  • Severe weather cancellations: reschedule or full refund at TUK ME's discretion

8. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must follow the instructions of the tour assistant at all times for safety.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
  • Inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or actions that endanger others may result in removal from the tour without refund.
  • Guests must respect local customs, particularly when visiting temples (appropriate dress code required).

9. Health & Safety

  • Tours are suitable for all ages, including children and elderly guests.
  • Guests with mobility concerns or medical conditions should inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate your needs.
  • TUK ME carries appropriate insurance for passenger transport.

10. Liability

  • TUK ME is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, or actions of third parties.
  • TUK ME is not responsible for the quality of food or beverages served at third-party restaurants visited during tours, though we carefully select our dining partners.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on www.tukme.co, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Tuk Me Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.tukme.co/policies/privacy-policy.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
